I've stayed in Native Mayfair more than once previously and it was good and comfortable. This time however our stay at Native has spoiled our vacation. The elevator was out of service for the whole trip and our penthouse apartment was on the third floor (while the other one on the first floor despite the fact we were traveling as a family), Carrying luggage up the stairs and communicating with the rest of the family was a nightmare. Warm water was cut off for 4 days and the upper level apartment was cold at night. We attempted to communicate with Native through phone, email and whats app messaging but we received no response. Due to the mentioned reasons, next time we visit London we will be staying at a different accommodation.

Great stay! Incredibly clean space, everything worked, superb communication and instructions. Wonderful location with all amenities near by. One of the best stays in London I have had. Thank you !
