Im from Malta I have first time to visit London I came to the best place Soho and was hungry saw this place pret I came to but the food and the girl with fabulous smile and lovely face she give me help and try to understand me becose my language not very good. I like Pret for she help me I ask for her name many many thank you to Araya xxx

The worst coffee. Manually mixed ground coffee and hot water and then poured hot milk their coffee machine doesnt work and the worker is hiding this whole process so the costumers cannot see. They do same in the Pret at Unit 2 Regent Street. Probably is still working well because is a tourist trap. Nobody will ever go again second time.

I would love to call out employee of this branch called Iulia for excellent customer service and creativity! She is such an asset to Pret team. I used to looove a product Pret has discontinued (lemon/ginger and pomegranate infusions). From time to time I ask if they have it in case it is brought back. I have asked this numerous times but have never received such a clever and useful answer: Firstly, Iulia knew what I was talking about and emphasized with me about the fact that Pret doesnt have it anymore. Then she suggested I buy a ginger shot instead and mix it with hot water. Such a clever suggestion that made me, a Pret customer, to leave satisfied and having bought something. Had she not suggested that I would have not gotten any drink and would be disappointed that I could not purchase the infusion. Thank you Iulia! P.S. Pret, please consider bringing the infusions back, especially the pomegranate one, which cannot be substituted with the shot alternative.
