Very bad experience with this agency, we hired a housekeeper, paid the HUGE fee's and she left within the window of a free replacement, yet the people that were put forward were not the standard you would employ, I would personally avoid this agency.

Having spent 14 years in the private household and superyacht industry, Alice from Massey's Agency has been the best agent I've ever worked with. She really understood my C.V., and within days had put me forward for 3 roles. These roles were perfect for me, as she has really listened to my requirements. She confirmed everything with me before putting me forward to ensure I was happy, and I always felt she had my best interests at heart - a rare quality in recruitment agents! I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have only positive words about the dedicated work of all ladies in the agency. Specially Alice, as she was the one helping and dealing with my employment. There was no such thing as inconvenient time for her. She has been even calling me at 9pm to talk me through the next steps of my interview or just to simply updating me on the process. She has been going above and beyond anything I could have imagine! Having rather unpleasant experience with with other agencies (either never calling back or taking ages to give any update on anything), I have only decided to collaborate with Alice and refused others. I was simply amazed, and I am so so thankful to her for all her commitment, and how much she cared for me to be placed in the right household. Cannot thank her enough- highly highly recommend
