Secured work with another company in my field and not this company Recruiters from this agency would ring and ask whether you wished to be put forward for a role and then would never follow it up after they said they would email you with the details. They came off as very unprofessional.

Really disappointed with this recruitment agency. Dealt with Ricky Fullman, who whilst initially seemed prompt, was unable to answer any questions I had regarding booked interviews (didnt seem to have any understanding over his own client), took several days to get back to me when progressing through the application process, and stopped replying to any of my messages when it suited him. No feedback was provided from my interviews and acted very unprofessionally. I would not recommend this company.

I applied for an FM position through Macdonald & Company recently, and am pleased to announce that I got the position. I feel that there was a large part of the credit that should go to Alistair and also Alex at Macdonald & Company. For the way that they have supported me and acted on my behalf towards the employer, speaks volumes.
