Mountain Capital

I recently purchased a Flat in Grand Union Place, Slough, UK. through a so called reputable company (Fraser and Co., U. K.). Fraser sold the development to Mountain Capital. My Flat is riddled with defects. Being a "New Build", you do not expect to pay a large sums of money for a luxury flat, to find a myriad of build issues. I am now in the process of pursuing this legally. I will provide a further update in due course.

Completely professional and consistent service received from Mountain Capital. All my queries were answered quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend and look forward to considering them again for a future purchase.

I bought a Flat in Union Place slough 4 months ago. Mountain Capital was responsible to fix any issues with the development and has failed miserably to remediate any issues so far. There are 79 flats in the development and I have not met a single flat owner who is happy with the purchase. DO NOT BUY anything which has mountain capital name associated with them. If you have been unlucky enough to exchange already, do not Complete without inspecting the property and get all the issues fixed beforehand. I would give them Negative 10 rating if I could.

Unfortunately I have also purchased an apartment from Mountain Capital. The whole experience from exchange to completion has been awful. Mountain capital are the worst developer/builder I have come across. During the mortgage process they or their solicitors could not provide any document requested by lender. I have reported snagging issues with apartment which they are not ready to fix and are not even responding to my request. Very unprofessional people. I would not advise anyone to deal with them in any capacity and certainly dont buy any of their apartments. STAY AWAY FROM MOUNTAIN CAPITAL and their promoters. Hope I am able to save other buyers from the unnecessary hassle. I would also rate them with negative review but google does not allow less than 1 star. I am also thinking of taking a legal action against Mountain Capital.
