        I arrived at 10:30am today to view all 1 bedroom vacancies, to include the Penthouse. Was informed by front desk receptionist that Alex (Asian, Male) would be there at 11:00am this morning and if I'd wait around he was sure Alex would accommodate me. Upon arrival at 11:35am (late!) Alex was informed I had waited more than 40 mins to see all available units. Alex immediately displayed animosity towards me, without provocation, and then told me he'd come back downstairs to get me in 10 mins. Well, 45 mins. later the receptionist approached me, while apologizing profusely, stating he hasn't a clue why Alex was behaving so inappropriately and keep saying how sorry he was for Alex's unprofessional behavior! WORD OF CAUTION TO ALL THOSE WITH AFRICAN DESCENT . . I'd strongly advise that you seek residence in any other apartment not managed or rented by Alex or this agency!!!!
