HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AVOID!!! I wanted to rent a small studio from this company and in the start of our conversation we agreed a rent of 200pw. When I was ready to move I called the agency and I was told that the letting department person is gone on holiday and I will be able to take the place next week. So i stayed in hotels for a week, without even trying to look at other places and planning my schedule around the area of the rental since I thought I am all set. When next week came I called them early in the day and kept getting my calls rejected by a lady (with an attitude) and kept on being told to call in half an hour. After 3 h of calling the person responsible for lettings finally arrived (1 pm) and when I excitedly said I am ready to take the place for the agreed let, I was told that since it's peak season (the place has been on the market for over a month) they can only offer 250pw, which is really above the market price since the studio is tiny. When I explained that I have agreed on a different rental price and waited a week for the rental department to be functional, I was dismissed and told with a laughing manner that it is none of their problem and that I am rude... I am very offended by this type of behavior and feel like they tried to push the property for a higher price since they saw the opportunity since I had no other options at the time. I REALLY WOULDN'T TRUST THIS COMPANY AND BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING TO ARRANGE SOMETHING WITH THEM.
