Property Investment London Thirlmere Deacon

Avoid, I came to Stuart Williams in January 2020 and he sold me the Wolverhampton development and said it would complete in April 2021. It is now January 2023 and it is still not completed. I asked him to sell the property as I did not want to complete on it. We arranged a zoom meeting and he said he could sell it for me and refund my deposit. I asked for a second zoom meeting and he didn't turn up. He didn't even apologise for it. He did it on purpose as he didn't want to really help me. He is a big lier and a person with no integrity. I emailed and called so many times, he didn't respond at all. In the end I was stuck so I went through the legal route. In the end I went through solicitors and have got my money back as the Long Stop Date had passed anyway and I gave a termination notice in. The developer has had no projects completed in the last 3 years that Thirlmere Deacon have sold so the investors here. Are you wondering if your project will complete? Surely you got to be upset? anyway I've got my money back now, avoid Thirlmere Deacon and all associated with it! Disgrace ! Complete disgrace. This is no way to do business.

I think the company is excellent, especially Stuart Williams. He helped me to better understand property investment in the U.K, because in Albania where I am from, things are different. Through continuous, patient and very detailed communication I was able to understand the process perfectly. I asked Stuart for everything I wasnt clear about, and he has been only too willing to clarify any ambiguity I had. I very much need to believe when I work with new people, and he gave me this trust. The trust that I can rest assured throughout the purchase procedure, that the investment stacks up and I will have a new home in Birmingham. We often want to invest but we do not know the processes and pros and cons. Thirlmere Deacon helped me to understand and to realise my dreams.

Helpful at the start when buying the property, support afterwards has been poor, lack of decent updates, delays in developments, pictures show progress is slow generally. Disappointed overall, plus I see Thirlmere Deacon have created accounts on here just to give positive reviews so be weary everyone. Wont be buying again....... Ive just edited this reply as I see you have responded to my review. I have sent emails to the sales consultant with lack of replies/no replies compared to the usual response at the start before I had bought the property. I had to chase numerous times. I therefore now dont bother! So am just waiting for the property to complete. avoid, you will get scammed, the director promises a lot, when you sign the contracts hes long gone and youre left on your own. I know a few others who had the same experience after buying from Thirlmere.

As a first-time investor in a buy-to-let property using Thirlmere Deacon Property Investment, I have been extremely happy with the service they provided, including all aspects of the buying process I live outside of UK, and they have made the act of buying property easy and stress free. Stuart Williams is the most awesome person I ever worked.
