        Do not use if you are sending valuable items Really bad! Lost my 60 parcel . Even though i had written out my address correctly the post office had trouble locating my address so i had to search through my address again to see if i had made a mistake. I hadnt made a mistake with address. Although i paid for tracking post my item did not move through the royal mail system. It stayed in the mayfair post office . So a week later i went and was told they cant check the system. So i qued up again and someone else actually helped me and explained that it should have arrived with the receiver now. Im now over a month with the parcel pending, out of pocket and unable to claim from royal mail.
