My daughter had some photos taken with Metro Photography a few years ago for her portfolio. They said she would get plenty of work as a commercial model, but it would cost her nearly 2,000. They said they would always be on hand to help with any problems or queries. When she contacted some of the agencies Metro Photography had given her, as soon as she mentioned Metro Photography they didn't want to know and said they were well known for conning people. When she tried to contact Metro Photography they refused to speak to her and wouldn't give her any money back. We have contacted an ombudsman, and they said they would monitor the situation and keep an eye on the company.

A scam they run through Apple Models, to make money from the photos you pay for. I got some great photos but that's where it ends. The backdrop of which they sell themselves is false. I received no contract despite being 'successful'. There is no hope of work. They tell you they put you forward for work and then that story changes afterward.I will also always remember the look of one of the head guys as his colleague was mid way through scamming me. Sly. Unfortunately I went along with it, excited to get involved in the UK industry and that's what they rely on.

Almost a year that I try to contact you and nobody answers me! I took some pictures of my daughter and I never had a return of anything. I call on all the phones no one answers. I would like to know what happens to you guys. Jack Promised me everything, I paid more than two thousand for no one to answer my calls my emails and text ???
