Boots Pharmacy

Never received the item!!! Waiting over 3 weeks for communication for a generic response of we are looking into this. Ordered with what was supposed to be next day delivery to use on my annual leave and did not received. Called boots twice with no solution. Emailed back and forth and still waiting for a replacement. Every time I email its just a generic response template customer service response. Absolutely shocking customer service from the brand!

Chaotic pharmacy with uncivilised clientele. Waited in the queue as directed and had three other customers jumping the queue, ignoring the ones waiting and getting advice. Staff disregarded queuing customers. When eventually I was called over, a new customers barged in an aggressively lectured the clerk it was HER next. She had not been waiting in line. The pharmacist then dedicated her full attention to this customer, even she initially stated that I was next as I had been waiting in the queue. When the pharmacists kept discussing and helping helping Ms entitled, I left. Just not a place to give custom

Pretty small with limited selection. Itnis great for emergency though.

Very poor customer service , I bought an item from Chanel yesterday, I went to return it, they refused without any reason . The item was new and untouched. Waste of money, and appalling service . Will never shop from Chanel ( Boots ) again .
