Working with Rope Access Services team is such pleasure! They are very knowledgable and always thrive to find the reason behind the problem rather than just doing a quick fix. They investigate issues thoroughly which is one of the reasons why we love working with them. They have a very positive attitude to jobs which is quite rare nowadays. We had major problems with three sets of nesting pigeons under our solar array. Ours is a steep Clay tile roof. Josh and his team could not have been more helpful and committed to removing the nests, installing protective spikes to the roof and grills to prevent pigeons going underneath the panels. Very prompt response and amazing service. After phoning several companies and waiting days for someone to get back to me, I was lucky to find Avestus who answered my call straight away. I was asked to send a picture and quoted a very reasonable price for the job. They answered all the questions and queries I had and put my mind at ease. I was offered an appointment for the very next day. I am so impressed at how quickly they were able to fit me in and install the netting in my balcony. The work itself is faultless and I am so happy with the results. I wish all companies good operate so efficiently. I would highly recommend them. They deserve more than 5 stars!
