Tricia was recommended on our local FB page. I made contact with her at the end of last summer and I have had weekly PT sessions with her since then. Tricia is incredibly knowledgeable and makes my sessions both diverse and challenging. She can advance or moderate an exercise on the spot to suit one's ability and also tailor sessions to accommodate injuries and requests! I can highly recommend Tricia!

After pregnancy and then lockdown, my health and body took a massive hit but with Tricias guidance I am slowly starting to look and feel like my old self!
