        WOW! The new space is like walking into a 6* hotel experience or private club. The staff are all highly experienced and friendly, the gym is fully equipped and varied with amazing flying saucer style lighting! The wellness spa room is unique with the cold water therapy bath and sauna with private shower.. and the treatment rooms are calming and very welcoming.Available to book are highly qualified, experienced personal trainers,Pilates specialists,nutritionists, osteopaths,sports rehab therapists , womens health specialists resulting in long term health benefits for everyone!
