Super helpful and had a very friendly atmosphere. Could not buy any due to lack of time since the store is about to close, but I will definitely visit the Finlay - Soho again.

I'm getting my glasses from Finlay for the past few years, was always happy with quality and service. I recently had an issue with my new prescription and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I contacted the team, the staff was attentive, and ready to help. Josh, the optician who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail with patience and care. he fixed the issue I had and went the extra mail to make sure I will get the glasses delivered back to me. Their commitment to customer service and satisfaction is truly outstanding, and I will definitely be returning for my future eyewear needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Shalini was the best, most thorough optician I have encountered. With a lovely calm manner as well. All the staff were helpful and considerate. Highly recommend.
