Initially choose this optician to get a contact lense perception for myself. At the beginning, charge me 140 pounds for the inspection fee, get me come back three time to get the correct prescription. After all finished, all of sudden, requires me to pay another 140 pounds to close it up. Three reasons why I leave a one star feedback. First, really not clearly defined charge rate. At the beginning, they only mention there will be a 140 pounds for the inspection fee. But start from the beginning, he didn't mention even once that he will charge another 140 pounds for the following service. Not in the very first meeting, not through the following three times visiting. They only mention it after all the service is given, and all for sudden, require for another charge. Second, as I mentioned before, totally I need to come back three times to get the correct precipitation. what happened is the prescription I got from the first meeting feels not accurate as I got slight astigmatism for both eyes. So, I had to come back again and again. Thirdly, cancel my very first meeting because I was ten minutes late, where in the second time meeting, keep me wait in the reception for a good 15 minutes without any explanaion. So, some suggestions, if you want to get an accuracy contact lense perception in a quick and easy way with clearly defined price rate, just go to vision express or boots or spacesaver, plenty of choice, they can get your contact lens prescription done within one time visiting, maximum two time. Don't get you and your wallet suffered

Disgusting service - wont even provide you with whats rightfully yours. Wouldnt go to them if I was paid. Stay clear !

Neil is amazing ophthalmologist. My eyes present him with many challenges and he's fitted me with perfect contact lenses for over 10 years.
