I was introduced to Duncan via a friend. Upon initial contact, Duncan & his team has always been very active and responsive. Throughout the process Duncan has always been very honest with us about the options that we have, and how each product will impact our circumstances. We have a particular long journey due to Covid forcing changes in our initial plans, but Duncan and the team has been very supportive through the changes and we have been able to identified a product that suit our needs.

We were looking for a mortgage to purchase our first home together and were lucky enough to be connected to Duncan who helped us through the entire mortgage application process, including form filling and gathering required documents.
