Mark is worth his weight in Gold! We were away on holiday and we needed to lock in a decision in principle before the base rates increased, and who came to our rescue? of course Mark did! He worked tirelessly until midnight to secure a great deal on our new purchase. It was everything you'd hope for in a base rate crisis, with clear comms and very good reaction times. First time buyer. My mortgage application was far from a smooth process but without Marks tenacious attitude in seeing it through to the end, I would likely have not got the mortgage I needed. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone whos looking for a responsive broker that can deliver.

AK and Simon Glastonbury was recommended by my own Financial Adviser as someone who could help advise my daughter who was looking to buy her first property. It was one of the best recommendations I have ever had. Simon proved to be an excellent adviser, who not only found a good mortgage DIP to help with the house search, but he remained a calm, professional source of support throughout the 2020 lock-down and eventual property purchase. He was always responsive, informative, and very effective in each stage of securing the mortgage and dealing with the house purchase process through to Completion.
