I first touched base with Keren when I was referred to her through a mutual contact. Since meeting her she has been a tremendous resource on several fronts. Her multifaceted team and their wide depth of skill has helped Willa Phoenix in everything from technical issues with our website, to design, plugin updates, protection from potential viruses, marketing insight and inspiration, and even extending to social media growth. Keren is a delight to work with. She is personable, knowledgeable but also can relate to what it is like to be a small independent business owner facing all the challenges building a business from the ground up encounter. In my experience with her, she has genuinely made me feel she has a vested interest in my success. Our meetings are productive and creative. She always leaves me with an agenda to fulfil and without fail follows up to check on my progress. Since working with her, not only do I have a contact for the technical aspect of my website so when things do go wrong it is a huge relief to be able to reach out to her team and get the issues remedied almost immediately but also she has been a great and sound asset to bounce creative ideas off.

Working with Top Left Design I feel like I have a true partner acting in my businesses best interests. They understood my business objectives straight away and were able to guide me through the priorities and decisions I needed to make to achieve them. I feel absolutely confident that my web pages are an active part of my sales and messaging to my client. Keren in particular was able to point out my blind spots and always has the big picture in mind in terms of social strategy, sales and messaging.
