        Spacious gym with excellent equipment and friendly staff/personal trainers. In particular Rocky and Vidal who are in my opinion the best coaches are always on hand to give training advice when needed. I have achieved fantastic results training with them, I like the way they pay special attention to every detail to help you get perfect form while exercising and at the same time putting you through your paces. Well done gym group keep up the good work!

        The best gym that Ive visited in a very long time! the staff are super friendly and the gym itself is well organised and always kept clean! Could not recommend the classes enough! Enjoyable and knowledgable - its a yes for me!
