My partner and I visited to have my engagement ring resized and reset. We met with Janine who went above and beyond to not only help us find the perfect setting but also choose our wedding bands and discuss watches. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to and now I have my ring back I couldnt be happier with the result. We cant wait to go back to collect our wedding bands over the next few weeks. My partner is a huge watch enthusiast and Janines wealth of knowledge is second to none. The experience with her has made us lifelong customers and were so glad we found her!

A huge thank you to Mike Dewey and all the lovely staff at Pragnell for the wonderful customer service and experience had at your beautiful Mount Street store. The service, patience and attentiveness shown to us initially when we were invited to the show room to discuss a potential purchase was fabulousMike made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. He kept in contact as promised and we were so excited when he contacted us to say that what we had chosen had arrived! For regular folk such as ourselves, the whole experiencefrom being greeted by the lovely doorman, the beautiful surroundings, the lovely staff, the champagne but most importantly Mike (and not forgetting the lovely Annas) service was so appreciated and made for a really lovely experience Thank you
