Had the best experience of buying my Cartier watch here , Olga was absolute amazing with her customer service and great price and well explained and process done with full diligence. Thank you found them online and in person at the shop was even better. I rate this business at 10/10 .

I can't praise my experience with this company enough - from the professionally-done website and app where i chose my watch, to contacting them to reserve it, through to the quick despatch, payment and an adjustment to the links for me. A special mention goes to Eisha who dealt with it all for me calmly and professionally from start to finish (including when the delivery went AWOL for 24hrs inside Royal Mail through no fault of W&J!) - she has been a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to the company.
