H.samuel branches Oxford Street I have visited this store today I had an issue with an order I have placed online &have picked up in store Stratford westfield yesterday the order wasn't what i expected it to be I have only seen that after I got home last night went back today this morning i have been in that store for hours at the Stratford branch nothingwas resolved i have travelled to the store branchi n Oxford Street where i have been served by two wodeful ladies Sue&Lucy my issue was handled and resolved immediately i was given reassurance that everything will be sorted by SuE and Lucy immediately and was welcomed very friendly manner witch was a relief and very pleasant to receive after the day i have had Stratford westfield branch Sue and Lucy were Amazing they have offered me excellent customer service they were professional, friendly, helpful ,welcoming in a very pleasant manner they have handled everything very quickly with care and consideration as I'm a disabled person I was exhausted and very anxious when i arrived at the store they have made sure i was ok and gave they will sort everything out to my satisfaction i was so pleased to hear that thank you Sue and Lucy for put smile on my face and sorted out my issue thank you both they we need more customer service you two specialy SUE every store and every branch you guys are the best keep up the fantastic work much appreciated you guys deserve 5000 stars not just 5star I will be revisiting this store in Oxford circus branch definitely the future thank you again both for all your help and kindness much appreciated I recommend this store i will be recommending it to my friends and family see you again soon .
