Buying a diamond ring from abroad requires a lot of trust for the business and the person we talk to. While we were in London, we visited three types of businesses to choose our engagement ring. After comparing the typical diamond brands and a bespoke diamond vendor, we landed on an unused vintage style diamond ring with Hancocks as a result of the quality of the diamond, the engraved setting and everything else incl the shopping experience that makes the ring very very unique. We eventually got the ring via post abroad as we relocated after we visited the shop but the end product we got is exactly what we saw. Hancocks has a very long history and the family that owns the business today is also very knowledgeable and all of them in jewellery business. For couples regardless of age, I would recommend you consider a vintage style ring (some of them are unused) as an option of your engagement ring. Guy is your go to person! For me, its definitely a unforgettable experience in London that I can take with me when I am no longer in the country.

I could not be happier with the three signet rings that Hancock's made for me, my husband and my son. Beautiful workmanship and excellent prompt communication throughout the process. I should have written this review over a year ago and then I simply forgot. Recently somebody asked me to recommend a jeweller for signet rings and I told them to look no further then Hancock's. Matthew Raymond is superb, We highly recommend.

I purchased a bespoke signet ring in late June 2022. I received impeccable service from Matthew Raymond. I had previously researched other potential suppliers but decided to purchase the ring from Hancocks due to their quality, service and price. I provided a sketch for the design of the ring and was absolutely thrilled with the result when I received delivery (from London to Melbourne, Australia) earlier this week. I could not recommend them more highly.
