I have had weekly sessions with Agneta for about a year now, and i can honestly say our counselling sessions have changed my life. Agneta offers a safe space to open up and be vulnerable without judgement, she has helped me put words to my feelings and help me understand why i make certain choices. Agneta thoroughly helped me after I burned out from stress and the anxiety that followed. She has a very warm and gentle approach, and I enjoyed the fluidity of the sessions as we navigated through my different situations. A bonus is that both of us are Swedes living in London so she could understand that nuance too. Warmly recommend Agneta, and I am grateful I found her!
