Had a great experience at Pernia's getting my wedding outfit. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but Moksh was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process from start to finish (thank you Moksh!). Outfit arrived on time and looks great. Good communication as well from the team, who kept me updated on progress via Whatsapp.

I was super nervous about trying to find my bridal outfit - but the selection at pernias is incredible. I first found what I was looking for with Ayesha, who really helped direct me to the designers in my price range and in the modern, western inspired but beautifully Indian range - she introduced me to designs and designers Id never heard of. Much unlike another high end Asian store in London, Pernias has absolutely gorgeous designs for a really wide range of prices The selection and instore experience is friendly, warm and welcoming - and I love the huge space in the dressing rooms and big mirror. There were issues along the way with the design I chose, but the manager Avisha was absolutely stellar at making sure the design came in time and as Id hoped. Aswani was really reassuring and sent me regular updates after the couple of issues were ironed out, and it all arrived in time! I dont know how much back and forth there mustve been between her and the designers but she did a great job - and shielded me from any further drama Id recommend always going in store to try on designs (theres a huge selection even if its not identical to the one online you like, so its helpful to go) . Id also recommend giving yourself a full 6 month run up if its bridal, because it gives you time to iron out any problems and no rush for the final fittings and alterations So looking forward to going back for my next fitting and uploading a photo to this review of the final gorgeous piece on my wedding day! My favourite thing about the Pernias is that I dont feel like Im in just an Asian wear store, there are beautiful indo-western and just brilliant designers showcased here. And as someone on a bit of a budget, I felt treated like someone who was spending much more than me! No snobbishness, just professional and warm.

Thank you to Aswini for making my saree choice so special. Her communication was great and I could message her throughout the process for updates. Even when there was a delay in delivery from the designer, she did all she could to ensure that my saree arrived on time and I had it for my special occasion. One thing to mention, there were some issues at the designers end in relation to bespoke instructions in making the saree but Aswini ensured that these were resolved on her side immediately and I ended up with exactly what I asked for (and the tailor in London was fantastic). Many thanks to her and the team!
