I have been dealing with chronic tmj and neck pain for over a year now. I have tried everything under the sun from pills to injections and surgery. I have seen a total of 8 physio therapists in 4 countries without any improvements. To this day nothing and no one has brought me relief from my pain like Krina has. She is truly the only person that is able to give you immediate relief from your chronic pain. Within the first session I was shocked by the instant relief I felt. Krina is more than just a physiotherapist, this woman changes lives!

I highly recommend Krina is you suffer from TMJ, neck, jaw or facial pain. I suffered badly from all of these and after a year of seeing multiple doctor and physios without much improvement I was referred to Krina. She used a wide range of treatments in short sessions which helped reduce by pain and I can safely say she has changed my life as my pain he reduced drastically in all areas. Not only that but she is very warm, passionate and understanding physio who makes you feel relaxed and comfortable at all times. I cannot thank Krina enough

Krina is excellent at addressing tmj and bruxism. She has extensive knowledge and she is very reassuring, and a lovely person to speak to. Me and my jaw are in good hands :)

Before visiting Krina for the first time, I was experiencing very debilitating issues with my TMJ that left me unable to chew food and with chronic pain, muscle tightness and discomfort for over a year. Krina was so helpful in getting to the bottom of my issues, she even recommended me another TMJ specialist which aided in getting me definitively diagnosed with disc displacement without reduction. Since initially attending regular sessions with her (I now only go very infrequently when I have a flare up) for dry needling/laser and keeping up with the jaw exercises she has given me, my pain and discomfort have reduced massively, and even with my closed lock I am able to chew food again. I feel like I understand my issues so much better now and I honestly feel like I have been given my life back, as anyone who suffers from jaw issues knows how debilitating it can be! If you are suffering with TMJ related issues, I honestly couldnt recommend Krina enough!

I've had tinnitus, in the form of several pure, high pitched tones, every second of every day, increasingly, over the last decade or so. I have Lupus which is likely to be the main cause of the problem, in that it can cause deafness (particularly to higher frequency sounds). However, there appears to be an additional, neurologically based element, in that pressing my jaw in various directions will make the tinnitus louder or softer, depending on the pressure point used. One (of many) ENT specialist believes it is trigeminal nerve involvement... all the others refused to consider it significant, if they considered it at all. It was, therefore, a massive relief when Krina's first question was "Does pushing your jaw make a difference?" I've now had four sessions of help from Krina (involving jaw manipulation, infra red laser and dry needling) and it has made a significant, beneficial difference. And now the easy to follow self-help exercises, that Krina gave me a link to, continue to improve things. I'm very grateful to Krina for her help. For a start she took the problem seriously whilst several Consultant doctors didn't - one even said "I don't think that's right, there's no mention of it in the literature". Next she applied different methods to see what made a difference in my case, adjusting her approach according to results. Finally, Krina gave me the self-help exercises, which continue to make a difference.
