A decent place to get 1 to 1 talking therapy for a very highly discounted price. Downsides are: working out the outdated website; waiting lists (could be sooner if lucky); the thin walls between the rooms (and general lack of funding for this place). Still, this place helped me a lot even though it seemed daunting at first.

Went there for first time. From outside the signage cannot be even read due to graffitis, the shutters were half down and covered with dirt and graffitis too. For some kids it may be the place for them, but for other it may seem a very depressing and intimidating place. The young girl with me, did not even want to go in seeking all the posters and graffities. For me, I was initially confused if that was the place. Anyway someone let me in. Apparently he was the only one in office and during that weekday all desks were empty. After waiting half an hour, he went to check about the appointment I had. He could not find my appointment schedule, had no idea why I was there and could not even have access to check the email chain. Then casually tore down a piece of paper to hand me a number to call again for another appointment, though there were business cards on the desk. Half a day was wasted!

A very welcoming and helpful drop-in centre (since the 1980ies!) for everyone in need of a good chat or helpful pointers. The therapists here offer their services either for free or at an affordable rate, using a whole range of approaches. Thumbs up, please support!
