I cannot recommend Jamie more. Jamie went above and beyond to understand my goals and challenges. She provided emotional support and practical strategies that helped more than I thought possible. Jamie made me feel at ease in our session and was always incredibly accommodating with adjusting the time or day or frequency of sessions. I couldnt ask for more from Jamie and will be forever grateful for how much she has helped me.

Dr Jamie has been amazing - she has helped me so much and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. She provided me with a safe space where I felt seen and heard. She has helped me become more aware of my emotions and provided me with tools to manage and navigate the difficult ones. I have a much better relationship with myself and those around me because of the work we did during our sessions. I'm so grateful towards Jamie and couldn't recommend her enough!
