I was completely ripped off! They are not a "team" but a one person organisation who represented that they were part of a larger organisation, alleged that they could obtain financing for us, took a valuation fee and refused to return it even though the valuation was never undertaken. We have reported the company and sole director to the fraud unit and are currently engaged in legal proceedings to try and have the cash returned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! UPDATE: We won our claim but he never paid, abandoned the company and is now operating under FAIR AND SQUARE FINANCIAL LIMITED or VERIZON CAPITAL LIMITED. I've been contacted by others who have also had their valuation fees stolen. Please look up Adrian Joseph Alves on DueDil or Companies House to see judgments against his companies.
