I was fined by the metropolitan police for using my phone whilst driving, however I didnt use my phone whilst driving. ChanNeill litigation team helped me dealing with the met police. They pointed out to the Met Police that there was no evidence and the information wasnt sufficient for a heavy penalty they tried to put on me.
