Laundry and dry cleaning service is terrible - They promise to have dry cleaning back within 5 hours but this is untrue. I put my dry cleaning in early to get pressed for an evening event, the garments did not come back until the next afternoon. Hotel staff were not helpful at all - When I asked if I could just pickup my own from the dry cleaner the staff just said I couldn't and suggested I buy new garments for the evening from Zara.

Some food providers do not respect the guest when taking the order. They ask you to order more and say that this request is not enough, and next time you should order more while he is upset. I am upset about the failed service. Who eats the food, me or you?
