        Very unhappy with their new login method, it used to be straight forward but they have altered it recently and it is now far too complicated . I shall be transferring my investments to Hargreaves Lansdown .

        I moved to bestinvest about ten years ago as it had lower fees than it's competitors. Now days the fees are amongst the highest and the trading platform is awful. My trades fail more often than they are successful. I'm sat here this morning after about 10 failures to sell a ftse100 stock. I've emailed several times to ask why I het these errors and have never had a response. I will be moving all my.investments to a better platform soon
