My wifi has been broken for over two weeks now so I called the customer service number to arrange for someone to come in and fix it. Someone turned up the next day and explained that they could not fix the issue and would have to send someone else and they would get back to me to arrange a time. I specifically told them on the day, that I was not going to be in for the next few days, so they would have to come back the week after. I get a call the next morning saying they are at my front door, but I am obviously not in, so they tell me they will call back to reschedule, even though I never told them to come. A week goes by and I hear nothing, so I call up the customer service number, and they explain that my issue been cancelled because they 'tried to get hold of me all week and have had no response'. This is not true as I didn't receive a single missed call. I then go on to arrange for someone to come over at 3pm today. Again, they turn up at 10am when I am not there. At this point I am very frustrated, but I go on to call customer service again, who apologised and say that they were supposed to come at 3pm and not to worry someone will be coming back at the correct time. Needless to say, it is now 4pm and no one has showed up or called.

It's been 6 months and I'm still waiting on someone to actually fulfill my cancellation request. They are great to use after the initial setup/inspection delay, but now that I'm no longer in a serviced area, and have moved properties, it's been a nightmare. Multiple emails, many phone calls and false promises and still no progress. It shouldn't take 6+ months to cancel...

Very bad customer service, as a new customer they made my installation but 5 days after still no internet and I have been spending too many hours calling their customer service that dont care to notify me about anything. Glad that Im at the start of my contract, will look for another provider.

We have had g network for a few months tje installation is shoddy and the service is now not working . I have contacted the company which is only a call centre and not part of g network they promise a call back but we have not received any call and the service remains down . This is to contrasted with the process when we were signing up . The calls and service were spectacular. Be warned about this company it promises much and delivers very little

I have now sent my 5th email to the support team. I have not had a single response since November 2022. My issue is not that complicated. I have never received the download speed I was led to believe would be delivered in exchange for the c50 a month I pay each and every month. However, should I miss a payment I get immediate responses / chases / threatening letters but to date not one of my increasingly irate requests for help have been met. Worse than that I actually recommended g network to my building for installation and now I have condemned a further 10 apartments to this level of service - I have already apologised before they have even connected. I have now attempted to follow their own complaints process - lets see if that gets me anywhere. Gregg
