    I used to absolutely love this service and in the past I have successfully used it to book appointments with several specialists. However, the service has really gone downhill. For the last appointment I booked, it was one issue after another. Firstly, video call options on the days that my cardiologist said she offered them did not show up. Once that was sorted, I booked and paid for my appointment. Next thing I know, my cardiologist gets in touch to say that Top Doctors told her I had cancelled the appointment I never cancelled anything. So I reassured her that it's all booked and paid for and that I will still be attending. On the day, my video link did not work and in the end the doctor had to video call me via WhatsApp. Now, almost two months later they have got in touch to say that I still need to pay for the appointment. I already paid upfront the money left my account before the appointment even took place. I am so embarrassed that my doctor thinks I'm not paying her, when actually the fault is with Top Doctors. Edit (reply to the response): I don't know what you mean by "our customer care agent sent you a link via email to pay for the appointment, which was then cancelled by you." That is not true. I did not cancel anything. Also, when I paid for my appointment upfront the payment went to Top Doctors, not directly to my cardiologist so if she did not receive the payment then it is because you did not pass the funds on. I don't know why you're now making out the payment issue is between me and the cardiologist. Also, I don't know how you can say you did not know about any of the other issues I mentioned I have it all on email between me, the Dr and Top Doctors.
