The gelato was fine. In my opinion, there was nothing special about it. The staff were quite friendly and the wait wasnt too long. The system was quite confusing in having to order twice. My main problem with this venue was the presentation and cleanliness. The shelves were almost empty and what was left, was arranged sporadically. Some staff members had gloves on and others didnt. The ice cream counters themselves looked clean enough, but there was a large amount of mess left by customers that had not been attended too. Additionally, the kitchen space out the back which is fully exposed by the glass panels, was extremely untidy. I didnt feel I could enjoy the product in this setting, and felt it would be more hygienic to consume it outside of the store. That was the most disappointing aspect for me and really tarnished my experience.
