A sales assistant got me into spending 12 for a next day delivery for which I made sure I would receive an email confirmation + specifically asked them to put my phone number for the delivery. NEVER got a confirmation + my phone number wasnt written in the order so obviously my parcel wasnt delivered and I spent 12 for a two days delivery to be actually collected by myself from the postal office.
When called them to understand what happened the manager was extremely rude, did not listen to me and did not want to issue a refund because a service was provided on their end.
I would like to know which service?
