This review is purely on their customer service team. LP live shopping staff are amazing cant fault them at all but the LP customer service team are awful. I emailed them in late January/ early Feb asking more information about my order and followed that up couple of weeks later but up until now (May) I havent heard anything back from them. Shame really. I will still continue buying items from them BUT I will make sure to communicate to their direct live shopping sellers instead of their customer service team.

I enquired on WhatsApp about a bag on their website that I was interesting in purchasing but wanted to find out about the condition of the bag first as it was not stated in the description. I received an auto response to allow up to 72 hours for a response... 8 days later and I still haven't heard back from them. And of course the bag is no longer on their website. Please don't use WhatApp for customer support if you're unable to manage it.

Please don't sell with them. Selling items with luxury promise is frustrating. When you ask things they never respond or if they respond they respond ONLY if they have an instant benefit. In any other occasion they say they are extremely busy. Would not recommend to anyone. I do not trust selling with them again. I have an item and will go and pick it up on the weekend. Better sell on Vestiaire collective or Selfridges.

Absolute pleasure to do business with, Luxury Promise went out of their way to resolve an issue I had due to a misunderstanding on my part, not theirs. Item received- absolutely gorgeous!! Cannot recommend them enough for their customer service and quality of products!

Would 100% recommend. I have bought numerous items from luxury promise now - best place to find vintage Chanel jewellery at reasonable prices. They offer a really unique shopping experience with their live shows - far superior to anything other luxury resellers provide. Really worth tuning into the live shows as they regularly provide discounted pricing or gifts - recently I purchased a brand new Hermes clic clac bracelet, less than retail plus I got a 100 off voucher for my next purchase, and they also sent an umbrella and a tote bag which I was not expecting! They are incredibly generous and really care about their customers and the service they provide.
