From start to finish the experience at Headmasters is exemplary and worth every penny. From the minute I arrive Im greeted like an old friend by Ying and the other stylists, their smiling and cheery personas light up the salon. Seated, and already served with a drink of my choice, then a catch up chat with Ying about my hair , where she always takes the time to listen and offer helpful advice, i am always open to her opinion, as she has never let me down, I always ask her to make me look younger ( a running joke between us) except the funny thing is- she always manages to do just that! Quite simply Ying is a miracle worker. That tired looking person with drab hair that enters the salon is always miraculously transformed into a brighter happier looking person, who leaves the salon with more of a spring in her step- every time! Ying always makes me feel welcome and appreciated in the salon and I love our catch up chats, she is an absolute delight and she understands the needs of her customers implicitly. Yings suggestions on the style and colour over the last few years have never been wrong. Warm tones, light tones, Fringe / no fringe / back to fringe again, from long to short..have always been spot on My visit on Saturday was no different, I absolutely love the cut ( a little shorter than last time) and the colour is gorgeous, absolutely perfect. I love it! So its a big thumbs up and a massive thanks from me. See you in a few months time!

Really enjoyed the experience I had at this salon. Antonio did my hair, he was great. Listened to everything I said, was very patient and accommodating. Really enjoyed my haircut after, wasn't too sure at first, because I have had such bad experiences in the past, not at this salon, but hair salons. Definitely going to go back to you guys. The first Headmasters I went to, was the one in Croydon and they were great too, but I never knew you guys were in London too. So I am glad I went past you guys one day and decided to take the plunge yesterday. See you guys in 8 weeks! Service: Blowdry

I had a great experience here. The staff were all super friendly, down-to-earth, helpful and skilled. Barbara gave me a very honest initial consultation which I was very grateful for and I had my hair cut and blow-dry by Shona who was great as well. I will definitely visit again if I ever need any hair services.
