Enjoyed it! Things to know for first-timers: You have to create an account, but they do offer a single class purchase option. When you pick your spot, know that you will start either on the rower or floor, depending on which you reserved. There was no warm up/stretch at the beginning, so you may want to do your own beforehand. The Reset class was focused on making time/distance - everyone at their own rhythm, which felt a little chaotic but the instructor keeps you focused on your goal. I appreciated the form tips. The music was high energy electronic type. Not my preference but works for the class. The instructor, Pele, was friendly, encouraging and paid attention to everyone. Towels provided and a water filling station. They also sell coffee and smoothies, which you can preorder when you book your class. The changing room is small but decent. If you plan to shower and dress after, allow time as the room was crowded and you may have to wait for a shower or dryer. The products provided seemed like they were nice, but I didnt use. I enjoyed it and it was a good workout. A little intimidating at first with some very fit people there, but the low light, loud music and friendly instructor keep you focused on yourself. When visiting London, Ill return. Would be a regular if I lived here. Thanks, Rowbots!
