Thirdspace gym Soho is a top-notch fitness center that offers an excellent range of equipment and facilities. However, what sets this gym apart from the rest is its outstanding in-house service provided by MARIA and JOIE. , They are incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every client's needs, making everyone feel at home. Over the past year of consistently going to this gym, I can confidently attest to the unparalleled maintenance of every equipment, including the sauna and steam room, as they have never been out of order. The facility is always immaculately clean, creating a conducive environment for a satisfying workout experience. I have also been pleasantly surprised by the gym-goers' honesty and the level of trustworthiness within the community. On several occasions, I have accidentally left my valuables, including my phone, wallet, and slides, only to have them handed back in to the courteous and reliable concierge team. Such a seamless and reliable process has given me peace of mind during my workouts, allowing me to focus entirely on my fitness journey. Overall, this gym has exceeded my expectations in terms of its exceptional equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and a reliable community that values honesty and trustworthiness. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gym that provides a top-notch experience with zero stress.

Got to experience the club as a guest, the facilities were great and the staff very professional. Maria at the front desk is the best example of how customer service should be experienced!
