You want to flex your muscles in the mirror or enjoy the luxury aerobic bike. This is not your place. BA is a pure raw strength and conditioning gym. Olympic bars and plates. Assault fitness CV equipment. You go here to build muscle and get fit not browse through social media between sets. Good luck

I signed up to the 6 week course mid way through January. Jono, who runs the company, is sound and knows what he's talking about. I was made to feel welcome straightaway. This is a comprehensive course to improve strength. You receive diet advice (vegan inclusive), body assessments, test weeks, and sound training. Mostly, I attended the evening sessions with Craig. Craig was brilliant and very helpful & patient with me, as many of the exercises & techniques were new to me. Between both of them, you'll be in good hands. After 6 weeks, my body composition improved (per body assessments) and I'm really happy with the results.

The best investment I've ever made. I feel faster, fitter, happier, healthier, and my brain fog has gone. Jono and the team genuinely care about you and the results you achieve and it's a friendly, inclusive atmosphere - the absolute polar opposite to my experience with commercial gyms. Join up - you won't regret it!
