Couldn't ask for a better boxing experience. Everything, from the state of the art facilities located in the middle of Mayfair, all the staff and coaches and the uplifting community Buddha Box has been able to build over the years, makes it a must-try experience for everyone looking to start boxing, fighting or generally improving their fitness across all different levels of experience.

Buddhabox is hands down THE BEST gym I've been to, full of nurturing and enthusiastic coaches & staff. The space has a very warm energy to it, with all the facilities one would need to acheive their training goals. I personally have been boxing with my coach Albes for around 6 months, and have seen a drastic improvement in my technique, fitness and fight IQ. Whether you want to learn the fundamentals or an elite level of boxing, he's the man. Jordan is also a great coach in boxing and strength & conditionioning, due to his extensive knowledge and love for what he does. All the coaches provide the highest quality experience, from Muay Thai all the way to Pilates. Highly reccomended!!!

My personal experiences at buddhabox have been very unique. There is no other gym in the world that carries the amazing culture that buddhabox does. Its not just a gym, its a way of life and this is felt from the moment you step into the gym. From the amazing faculties, to the great team, and the other members that make this community what it is.
