Their level of care was outstanding throughout my recent smear test; I felt relaxed in a safe and understanding environment - making it an overall pleasant encounter. Highly recommended the clinic..very professional,polite service from receptionist to doctors..Rezulst some day Wich it was very important to me and they turn up on time as usual..thank you againg ..I wiil recommend

Family member booked appointment on my behalf after they assured results within a day. Only received one result and for the other I was told: ''Early next week''. We did mention it was urgent/emergency. I decided to book another clinic to re-do the tests. Would not go here again, as it was a waste of money for me. Updating my review: The results were indeed sent to me after I posted my previous review but they were incorrect unfortunately. By the time I had received both sets of results (only 1 was sent within the 24 hour time frame) I had already gone to a 2nd unrelated clinic on Friday and received results within 1 hour. I finally had my answer and was prescribed the necessary medication. I appreciate that they tried to call but by this time my health had worsened considerably. As I was unable to respond I left it to my family member to respond to the clinic.
