        By far the most friendly consulate Ive visited. I was there for visa application and the staff was absolutely incredible and super effective!

        Lovely people, really friendly! Passport service was very quick and efficient and the consulate is easy to access from public transport. I almost felt homesick as the staff were so lovely, the consulate feels like a little slice of Mexico here in the UK.

        Never in my many years of dealing with bureaucratic appointments have I felt so happy. I was dreading renewing my passport because normally you get treated awful but I must say the man that was behind the desk today was super kind great people skills and amazing customer service. I also enquired about something else and another lady from Registration helped me in a very kind manner. Kudos for upgrading your game and providing great service
