Amazing flowers and compositions but really bad customer service. Lady not helpful and seemed that I was bothering her even though I was the only customer at the store.

I used to order from this company a lot. Sadly I won't be anymore, the freshness of the flowers are just not there anymore, the artistry is a bit sloppy and I very sadly think they are price gouging. The Carnival classic used to be 175, this bouquet is absolutely not worth the 395 they are charging now. Although the larger bouquet are beautiful, they are filled with twigs and green filler. I understand the cost of doing business has increased in London, but nothing to warrant the drastic increase in price and cut in quality. There are many other flower shops around town that are capable of creating grand, elegant bouquet for half the price, you just have to ask them. My photos show The Carnival classic bouquet with the delphinium stems broken.

Very disappointing. The quality & presentation of the flowers received in person looked nothing like the images online, neither were the flowers fresh. Over priced, poor value for money.
