        Horrendous company. They use solicitors that don't provide the paperwork until just before their mortgage offer is about to expire, then they refuse to extend it and offer you a much more expensive mortgage instead. Avoid.

        I have investments and I also have had a LendInvest bond. Throughout my time with Lendinvest I have received a good rate of return and had no concerns with them during the recent pandemic. Which is not something I can say of some other private funding platforms I've used. I cannot comment on the support team as I have not needed their services! I would recommend.

        Customer service is appalling, it used to be excellent. Phones take an age to be answered, the person who eventually answered sounded like she was doing the washing up at same time. Either they are short staffed or WFH but either way the company is a joke at the moment
