Scammers. Be aware adding hidden charges without future notice and won't explain exactly what they're for..quitting live chat in the middle of conversation

So I have my house insurance with these guys and it is a good price, however if I miss a payment I have to pay nearly 30 default! If I miss 14 then what makes you think I can pay more ? I think I am going to cancel with them as any other company will just take the missed payment out a few days later or next month, I changed address and had to pay extra also?. I was with AA for a few years and never had this ?!are you not aware of the current living crisis in the UK?

Borderline (or actual) scam. Avoid at all costs. Avoid any business partner or associate of this company. 1. This company makes unauthorised charges to clients accounts without permission or advanced notification. 2. Attempts to charge usurious amounts for their own fault. 3. Look at the five star "reviews" on here. Funny how many of them are a) carbon copies of generic reviews from other sites b) the only review contributed by the reviewer c) provide no attempt at specificity or nuance d) come from faceless "accounts"
