        The management company for our flat called them when we had a blocked drain, and they couldnt have been more helpful. Dominic, the owner, came out to the flat himself 2 hours after they got the call, and spent ages sorting the sink and drainage system out. He was friendly, courteous, and brilliant at what he does. After having been batted around by our insurance company for almost a week, and other plumbers having been around to the flat and not able to unblock the drainage for us, this was a dream. Thank you guys!!

        Our engineer Harry was great. Professional and polite. Had shoe covers and tidied up after himself. Not the easiest job especially in rainy conditions but he got it done and I couldnt be more pleased.
