I went into Snappy Snaps Soho store . No appointment booked . This is after being messed about by a number of photo and digital shops in central London. I need an edit for leaflets/in for my Mother's funeral which is coming up soon . I came across one of the staff members Smruti. Who took the time and the care to gather the understanding on what I was looking for . Even though there was a line forming behind of customers . He didn't rush and he was making every effort to make sure the finished product was top quality. I'm over the moon with the print outs. I can't thank Smruti enough. He even took time to speak too me afterwards and say sorry for my loss . He even gave me a hug aswell. Smruti you are a kind hearted amazing human being .Your family should be very proud of you. The way you conduct yourself. You are going places and have a bright future. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time today . I will never forget it . It's clear why Snappy Snaps has been around so long as a company. The way your staff interact with customers is amazing. I saw two other staff members in your Soho store today smiling throughout and having great interactions with your customers. Thank you so much for your service

Alway efficient and polite which is essential anywhere. The instant print machines are handy for a quick print from a memory stick or your phone "camera". I advise the 5" X 7 1/2" inch size...AND ALWAYS ADD A BORDER!
